The breakfast was amazing, and it had high-quality ingredients. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They addressed my needs quickly. The building had a lovely design.
The rooms were expensive, yet they seemed poorly equipped. I also found it very noisy because of the adjacent rooms. I could hear sounds from above constantly. The view from my window was just a wall.

the breakfast buffet was REALLY good. it had fresh options and I had eggs how i wanted them. Front desk staff was informative and caring AS WELL. the location is perfect for strolls by the canal.
air conditioning WAS control by the hotel, i hate it. i could not turn it off myself. the soaps are in dispensers, and not bottles, it looked a little cheap.

The location was acceptable. It is very central. the breakfast was also pretty good.
I found the room small, it felt cramped, and some of the furniture seemed worn. there were low ceilings. I kept bumping my head. the noise from the street was a problem, disrupting my sleep.

the location was perfect. the staff are very helpful. i liked that the breakfast had a gluten-free section with breads packaged separately. the hotel has a very quiet, clean, and historical atmosphere.
some improvements could be made, like more coat hangers. i did not find coat hangers for skirts. the air conditioning was controlled by the hotel and i could not turn it off from the room.

the rooms have coffee machines and mini bars. a choice of pillows are available. the bathrooms offer a lovely and very clean space for personal care.

all staff are friendly. they are knowledgeable and helpful. the travel tips they gave were welcome. staff left a bottle of bubbly and a handwritten balloon.
